W.A.S. Construction Ltd has been operating in East Anglia for over 20 years covering a range of domestic and commercial projects.  

First founded in 1982 as M & J Groundworks, the company has grown to incorporate both new and repeat business with a broad skill set covering all aspects of construction groundworks on both Labour & Plant Only and Labour, Plant & Material contracts.

All of our directly employed groundworks operatives are trained to CSCS standard and have CPCS Plant operation certificates for a range of machines, with some operatives holding Anglian Water approved confined spaces tickets and streetworks tickets. We are also able to arrange for works such as asphalting, engineering, formwork and large steel fixing jobs with local contractors. 

In addition to this we have a broad base of materials suppliers both locally & nationally which makes it possible for us to purchase all but the most specialist materials. 

All of this enables us to provide you with a comprehensive groundworks service.
